Get off the Bus!
UncategorizedThis morning on the way to work I decided to try something different. I was in line for the b-line bus at Broadway and Commercial where the lines are long and the patience is short. I’m about 10 feet from the bus when this person with fluffy poodle hair and double bubble pink leg warmers and a coat walks up to the door and starts fluffing her hair more in a poorly masked attempt to jump the queue.
Now usually for some reason people in Vancouver seem to be hesitant about saying things and allow such passive aggressive behaviour to go by. Today it was my turn and I looked her straight in the eye and said “Get to the back of the line!” She smiled and obeyed.
To be brutally honest, this town needs a swift kick of honesty to stop this trend. Passive aggressiveness is too common in Vancouver and as a result has allowed people to take advantage of others using slimy and underhanded tactics. We should all tell these people to fuck off and make sure that we dont turn into them.
