Vancouver police arrest teen dressed as ninja | Source:Vancouver Sun

I dont know what it is about cities and samurai sword incidents but this is at least one of the less bloody ones that has happened in a town that Ive lived in. My first was way back in the UK where not one but two samurai sword incidents happened, though with far more dire results as an MP was killed by an assailant. I guess the moral of this story is to keep the doors locked in case of ninjas.
